Understanding the risks and challenges of internal procedures and processes across a vast range of different business units and organisations was done at UDC, Mawarid, SADCO, MEED, Satellite TV, ANZ, Australian Unity.  This work took place across Asia-Pacific and the Middle East.

With Shell Oil, we built an engaging leaders program for senior management that enabled faster and better outcomes for teams around engaging, influencing and securing the buy-in of third parties.
