Prior to the training I had issues with: Feeling like I was a very different person to those that I work closely with this made communication and team work difficult. My outcomes and goals were too large and vague.

My role at work has changed as I now: Feel free to establish rapport with my co-workers without the fear of compromising myself or my values. I now break down my goals and outcomes to be applicable to each phone call/conversation or activity I participate in.  I establish daily and weekly outcomes.
