How have the tools helped your performance in your current role? 'They will greatly help, I will be more flexible in my approach, than my previously one dimensional attitude.'What was it about the HPS training that had you think, this is something I could implement in my life right now? 'Again the flexibility and to put yourself in someone else's shoes.' How did the HPS training differ from other workshops you have attended in the past? 'Other trainings have been more 'you must do this' where as HPS was open and you were able to express your opinions.'

If there were something HPS could improve in their training delivery what would that be? 'Nothing springs to mind.' Over all how would you rate this workshop, based on others you have attended in the past? 'Very good My role at work has become easier as staff are accepting responsibility & the results are following. I now have more time available to concentrate on other issues or to coach other staff more effectively.

After doing the training I was able to transform and/or change the following areas. I was a lot more successful at helping staff take ownership of their targets & results This has resulted in the following for my employer or my company Increased Sales, happier work environment as staff are achieving desired outcomes, and there is less pressure as a result.
