The HPS intervention involved mechanisms to knowledge share, and understand what our best people did to get results. We learnt more about our strengths and weaknesses at individual and team levels, we exceeded expectations. Many individuals improved their performances immediately by 25% - 60%+ sustainably, as a result of processes we then replicated across the board. The processes used to replicate expertise within our team have meant our leaders have developed their own confidence of what is possible. An advocate of straight and open communication, the work with HPS has ensured we respect each other while at the same time being 100% focused on achieving the increased outcomes.
