Marilyn's professional background includes Clinical Nursing, Nurse Educator and Consultant, University Lecturer, Researcher and a Co-ordinator of Critical Incident
Stress in a NSW Health Service. In 1999, Marilyn established her own Consultancy, specialising in Executive Coaching and researching models of excellence, for recruiting and team and leadership development in large Companies.
