Marilyn is a highly skilled and experienced Executive Coach and Profiling Consultant with a strong background of people-centred leadership.

Marilyn's professional background includes Clinical Nursing, Nurse Educator and Consultant, University Lecturer, Researcher and a Co-ordinator of Critical Incident
Stress in a NSW Health Service. In 1999, Marilyn established her own Consultancy, specialising in Executive Coaching and researching models of excellence, for recruiting and team and leadership development in large Companies.

Marilyn has worked with numerous leaders over the past decade and facilitated many of these to make quantum leaps in their personal development and business achievements. This grows out her exceptional skills as a human resource consultant in understanding how people think, what drives them and how to facilitate a shift to the next level.

The strength of her approach is her ability to rapidly perceive people's real needs, how to motivate them and mirror to them their own potential. She is an expert at building unassailable self-confidence and resilience at work and in all areas of life.

During the last 9 years she has coached 100's of people including doctors, nurse managers, medical specialists, PhD's, owners of multi-million dollar businesses, executive directors and board members of both private and public companies, University Academics and SME's.

Marilyn's interest as an expert human resource consultant in understanding ndividual differences and what motivates high performance has led to her expertise in profiling.

She is accredited in a wide repertoire of tools to assist in the process of profiling and building personal resources, including: Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), IWAM, (Work Attitudes and Motivations), Myers Briggs Personality Inventory, DISC, EQ and Resilience Mapping and Values Measures.
