Maree has a strong background in the corporate world of Financial Markets. Maree worked her way up the corporate ladder from a secretary to portfolio dealer for a large international Funds Management company where her team managed NZD $13B of Funds Under Management.

Maree has spent over 18 years in the corporate world working as a human resource consultant and business consultant. Her strengths lie in developing business processes, communication, management, coaching and training skills.

She has worked with wealth creation companies as a Wealth Coach/Mentor & Facilitator. This gave her the opportunity to further utilise her investment, business and coaching skills. She continually applies her wealth of knowledge as a human resource consultant to people creating business performance.

During her corporate career as a human resource consultant, Maree became a self-motivated, results driven, outcome focused leader. She developed a strong background in analysis, strategic and lateral thinking, managing staff, coaching, mentoring, and facilitating.

She developed her extensive knowledge and skills in the competitive Finance & Investment environment. Maree applies an innovative approach to achieving business objectives. Maree worked in a Business Development role for a major software company, where in the 2nd month she broke the all time sales record by 80%.

Maree' work as an HPS human resource consultant now specialises in human performance replication with major corporations. She constantly looks at where the market is and what skills are necessary to make the difference.
