Dr Ian Miller

Ian is a registered psychologist with over 33 years experience in the public and private sectors.

He provides services to a range of clients, including:

All services are predicated on quality advice consistent with legislative and professional standards, and a commitment to multi-disciplinary considerations and defensible solutions.

Ian was the lead psychologist (Manager Psychological Services and Strategic Advisor Human Resources) with the New Zealand Police between 1985-2002. During this time, Ian also maintained a private consultancy and supervised and examined post-graduate theses. Since 2002, he has continued his research, and developed a consultancy practice, Heimdall Consulting.

His work in the areas of strategic organisational development, organisational behaviour, risk mitigation and prevention have an international multi-disciplinary focus recognising that human behaviour is both the cornerstone of problems and their solutions.
